Dear Colleagues and Friends:

We are very pleased to announce the upcoming MAESC Conference schedule for Wednesday, May 12, 2004, at Christian Brothers University. With the rapid technological changes in todays world, engineers and scientists are facing new and more difficult ethical challenges. Thus, the MASEC 2004 Conference will focus on the ethical challenges related to technological development. We believe this conference will provide an excellent forum for presenting and discussing a wide variety of ethical issues arising from technological change. We look forward to your participation.
